​Yes, we offer same-day service for all repairs.

​Yes, all our technicians are fully certified and have extensive experience in appliance repair.

7. Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

​Yes, we offer a 3-month warranty on all our repair services. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will fix it at no additional cost.

8. What are your business hours?

​Our business hours are Weekdays from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and Weekends from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  

9. How much do you charge for a service call?

​Our service call fee is $65. This fee covers the technician's visit and diagnosis of the problem. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service fee is waived.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

​We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp. Payment is due upon completion of the repair.

11. Can I get an estimate before you start the repair?

​Yes, after diagnosing the issue, our technician will provide you with an estimate for the repair costs. No work will be done without your approval.

12. What should I do if my appliance is still under warranty?

​If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer first. We can assist with repairs that are not covered under warranty or once the warranty period has expired.

​Yes, we do.

​Yes, we offer routine maintenance services to keep your appliances running smoothly and to prevent future breakdowns.
